We have an industry leading line of publications and data solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager with a focus on Financial and/or Biotech Markets.
Strategic Account Manager – Financial and/or Biotech Markets qualifications:
o Minimum 3 years of successfully generating revenue in a sales role.
o BA/BS degree
o Strong background in the following financial markets is a big plus: Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Asset Management/Hedge Funds, Buyside / Sellside Research.
o Strong analytical skills regarding technical, contractual and financial issues.
o Must have talents in selling online database products.
o Must have talents in selling enterprise accounts.
o Must be able to manage high level corporate relationships
o Must be competitive by nature with a high level of personal integrity.
o Outstanding selling skills.
o Strong team player.
We are looking for people who can:
• Increase revenue from existing customers by identifying additional revenue opportunities within a specific vertical.
• Establish new enterprise accounts.
• Work well within a small team of sales and marketing professionals.
