SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

·         Must be able to fulfill all rescue functions and duties of a Lifeguard

·         Provides information to guests regarding facility layout and amenities

·         Maintains an environment that is both safe and pleasant for water park patrons

·         Performs other tasks and or related duties as assigned or required by management when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• HS diploma/GED or currently enrolled in high school
• Ellis and Associates Lifeguard Certified (sessions available for certification)
• Ability to follow and accomplish instructions & procedures
• Willing to work a flexible work schedule as dictated by business and or/staffing demands; this includes nights, weekends and holidays
• Must possess effective communication with guests, coworkers, etc.
• Must be a strong swimmer.  Swim/dive team experience a plus!
