Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Lift Truck to load and unload flooring products to and from trailers, multi-level racks, and cut table safely without damage to product or warehouse property. Operate portable scanner system to track inventory. Perform pre-operational safety checks and complete a vehicle inspection report before operating equipment. Recharge lift truck battery or replace/refuel gas tank. Manually load/unload pad or other material not designed to be handled by forks or pole. Miscellaneous job tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Education/Knowledge/Experience/Competencies:

• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and twist without restrictions.
• Vision must be correctible to 20/40.
• Must be able to lift 80 to 100 lbs numerous times throughout shift.
• Will be required to climb on and off a lift truck numerous times throughout the shift.
• Must be able to operate lift truck controls.
• Ability to read letters/numbers
• Have or obtain Mohawk Lift Truck Driver Certification (skill and information tests)
• Performs other duties as required
