- Must type 70+ words per minute
- Minimum 3+ years high volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle based programs and Outlook
- Ability to proof read own work as well as others
- Must be familiar with legal terminology
- Experience processing discovery response documents
- Maintain attorney calendar
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- A+ communication skills (written and oral)
- College degree preferred
- Professional appearance a must
