Litigation Associate

Well-established Santa Ana law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 5-10 year's experience.  The ideal candidate has excellent credentials from a top law school; has strong knowledge and experience as a business litigate, and/or trial experience is ideal.  Candidates must have great legal writing skills and the ability to take charge of their cases.  Trial prep experience is fine and the firm will also look to Intellectual Property; Labor and Employment and Appellate law experience.  Candidate will be assigned their own case but will be working under 7 supervisory attorneys.  Billiable hour requirements are 1980 with a discretionary end of year bonus over billables.   A competitive compensation and benefits plan are offered.
