About the Job
Top ranked national law firm with offices in San Francisco seeks an experienced litigation associate.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of business litigation
experience, preferably representing financial institutions (plaintiff
or defense) and/or commercial real property landlords and tenants
(plaintiff or defense.
You must have specific experience in prejudgment remedies,
including writs of attachment and writs of possession. Must have
experience taking depositions, preparing & arguing summary
judgment motions, and law & motion.
Must have top credentials and be an active member of the California Bar.
