Title Resource Group (TRG) is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. TRG is currently seeking a Litigation Attorney in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. 

This position will be responsible for managing outside counsel in connection with litigation filed against all TRG companies and for providing internal clients with advice and counsel regarding the following practice areas: real estate and title insurance law, litigation, commercial litigation, condominium litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and various regulatory compliance matters.  This position is also responsible for managing the claims and loss reporting for the TRG business units and companies and for managing the litigation paralegal and the TRG subpoena process.  This position is further responsible for SFAS 5, insurance and other internal reporting requirements. 

The job requires the candidate to be extremely detail oriented and organized and to successfully manage deadlines both internal and litigation-related.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have 4-6 years of relevant litigation experience, including some first chair trial experience or significant second chair trial experience in state and federal courts. Qualified candidates should also have relevant experience in handling mediations and settlement conferences.  Substantial experience managing discovery, including preparing witnesses for deposition, is preferred.  Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written skills are required.  The candidate must be a member of a State Bar in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Real Estate experience a plus.
