Ideal candidate would have familiarity with Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Song-Beverly and B&P 17200. Strong legal research and writing skills a must. Deposition, mediation and arbitration skills preferred. Requires a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, attention to detail and good negotiating skills. Travel to court appearances and client meetings required.
