Robert Half Legal is partnered with a established and reputable large firm in identifying a solid litigation paralegal to join the firm on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience with Federal courts and filings, have vast experience with motion practice (proofreading, not drafting), drafting discovery, blue booking, cite checking, and e-discovery. You must be an assertive and confident self-starter who works well in a team or independently. Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is a MUST. Salary up to $75k on a 35 hour work week, plus excellent benefits. Must be open to overtime as needed.
