You will be responsible for all phases of the litigation process, from the intake through discovery through to trial and any post-trial filings. 

Duties include legal research, coordination of document productions, preparation for trial, court filings, preparation of exhibits and witness testimony.

Please have a minimum of 5 years experience--ideally from a financial institution.
