The Litigation Support Technical Analyst is a litigation support function. The role aids the Litigation Support department, enabling the team to work more efficiently.


Job description:



  • Maintain live Litigation Support server space.
  • Maintain electronic data archiving system.
  • Act as data intake point for litigation support electronic data.
  • Work with internal clients to define the requirement, organization, and management of evidence and case related data
  • Develop recommendations, plans, cost estimates, budgets, and procedures for case specific projects.
  • Maintain documentation related to department software inventory.
  • Maintain Best Practices documentation.
  • Maintain department training documentation. 


Requirements:

Job requirements: Four year college degree required. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Access a plus. Problem-solving and organization abilities necessary. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Concordance and IPro database software is essential. Detailed knowledge of the processes of litigation with emphasis on trial procedure, electronic discovery, document production, document procedures, document management, coding and scanning procedures.
