GENERAL SUMMARY

Following established company policies and procedures, assists Loan Officers in the essential functions listed below.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Scan and upload loan documents to Vision Content. 
  • Organize credit files and collateral files.
  • Follow up for insurance certificates.
  • Assist in CRE underwriting and CLX preparation

 

Minimum qualifications/requirements:
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma.  College degree in accounting or finance preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: Some experience in banking preferred, but not required.
  • Skills/Ability: Proficient with Microsoft applications; Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus.
