Loan Auditor (WORK FROM HOME)
Essential Responsibilities
Conduct mortgage loan audits according to the guidelines/time lines established by Company and its clients.
Perform audits on all fraud or misrepresentation identified in origination QC audits, EPD audits, Investor Repurchase Demands,and Investor mandated audits.
Re-underwrite EPD and fraudulent loans to determine origination underwriting deficiencies against original Investor or MI guidelines.
Identify all avenues of recourse options available including, but not limited to, title claims, Fidelity insurance and legal action.
Enter all necessary data into the findings database, so that findings may be pursued, continuous analysis may be performed and client reports delivered.
Maintain quality control and volume standards.
