The Mergis Group, a division of Spherion Corporation is assisting a client in identifying a Loan Closer.
- In the mortgage loan operations center; this person coordinates preparation of loan closing packages, including issuance of funds, closing instructions, etc., necessary to ensure the marketability of loans.
- Review all submitted documentation for accuracy and correctness.
- Complete and review document input and submit to attorneys for loan closing documents.
- Review completed closing documents for accuracy.
- Prepare funding request and submit to warehouse funding and/or investor for wire.
- Review HUD-1 settlement statements for accuracy
One year minimum of FHA experience is preferred. At least one year of mortgage loan closing experience is also required.
