We are seeking strong candidates for loan servicing in a very busy department! The lucky selected individual will:
-Will use a combination Outlook, Excel, and 12 Internet Applications to locate, extract, and pull critical information for processing items for HUD
-Will read, interpret and analyze information to determine if department is being billed incorrectly act document accordingly
-Print supporting documentation
-Use the 12 Internet to for HUD processing
Strong references (minimum of 2) and analytical skills required! HUD/mortgage, experience a plus!

Looking for individuals with a stable work history (3 years or longer in previous roles - no job hopping). Qualified candidates must have a H.S. Diploma or higher and strong references (minimum of two) required!
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Outlook and ability to navigate the Internet required. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team. Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and be able to work at a fast pace! It's a very busy department so it is a very intense role.
