Indus American Bank is recruiting experienced, successful loan officers to become part of our Consumer Loan Department.  We are seeking qualified loan officers that can generate a minimum of $750,000 per month in production.  We close in our name with our own money. 

We underwrite and fund our own loans so you’ll have easy access to the underwriter to discuss scenarios and satisfy conditions quickly and efficiently. 

We have an excellent array of products that are hard to find anywhere else.  Besides conforming and FHA, we have Stated Income, Stated Jumbo, Portfolio Loans, residential construction loans and HELOCs.  We also have an excellent commercial and SBA loan department so you can get paid for just referring commercial clients.  

If you're working on a conforming jumbo you can do a conforming 1^st and a piggy back 2^nd and avoid those huge rate adjustments.  Although certain conditions apply, this loan program alone will give you a competitive edge that few others have.

Our bank will underwrite loans that make sense.  If the new lending guidelines are killing your loans, you may be able to do the same loan under our Portfolio Loan program.

Compensation and other terms are flexible.  We will prepare a customized compensation plan that is commensurate with your demonstrated success and ability to close loans.
