With our continued success, the Direct Division of GRI is seeking successful Loan Officers for our Scottsdale Office. The Direct Division offers Loan Officers a unique opportunity to receive the best converting real-time leads with no daily/weekly caps and strong filters that emphasize lead quality.  We also provide a CRM industry leading automated dialing system that helps you contact your prospects with less manual dialing effort.  Along with access to proven marketing resources from our industry leading retail business model, your production is guaranteed to increase.

The Direct Division offers an in-house streamlined process where we can offer our clients the best-in-class customer service with the most competitive rates and loan programs in the market place.  We publish these rates daily on our website (www.guaranteedrate.com) to help you sell more loans.

Our Expectations:
- Maintain compliance standards at all times.

- Maintain an understanding of loan products and guidelines at all times.
- Close a minimum of four 1st Lien Mortgages per month.
- Generate a minimum of $1,000,000 in funded loan volume per month.
- Actively work all leads until client is reached
- Effective management of all leads and pipeline through our Lead Management System.

Job Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years with a proven track record of success in residential mortgage origination
Mortgage license in good standing thru NMLS
