Qualifications:

• Proven successful track record of loan origination (minimum closed production of $500,000/month)
• An existing client base of real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals is preferred
• Possess the resilience needed to thrive in the ever-changing environment of the mortgage industry
• Possess the drive to meet or exceed your sales goals while providing extraordinary service to your customers
• Thorough product knowledge
• Team player and possess the ability to relate at all levels of business
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Extremely organized and demonstrate exceptional communication, time management, customer service, and follow-up skills
• Possess basic computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Calyx Point
• High ethical standards
• Bilingual language capabilities are a plus
