Loan Officer for Builder Mortgage Company

Only Experienced Loan Officers Need Apply – Minimum 3 year experience required.

Suburban Mortgage, a 10-year-old mortgage broker company owned by Gehan Homes, has a highly desirable in-house loan officer position available.  3 years of prior 1st mortgage loan officer experience is an absolute must for this position.

Gehan Homes plans on building approximately 1000 homes in 2010.

Your income should range between $100,000 and $180,000+ depending upon your personal drive, customer satisfaction skills and sales ability.

This position requires an individual with great communication, organizational and follow through skills.  Must be able to quickly establish trust and confidence with borrowers over the phone and maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction throughout the mortgage process.

Required:

• 
  
  Must have broker experience


• 
  
  Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.


• 
  
  Fluency with DU/DO & LP an absolute must


• 
  
  Experience with Calyx Point strongly desired.  

Office location is near Beltline & Tollway in North Dallas.
