Loan Officers/Sales Professionals Needed for our Internet Origination Team

Since 1983, Advanced Financial Services, Inc. has been a direct-to-consumer originator of residential mortgage loans. Headquartered in Newport, Rhode Island and employing 315 people, AFS currently originates business across 43 states.
In 2008, AFS originated $1.3 billion of loans for 10,384 customers. AFS is an approved Seller/Servicer of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, has FHA direct endorsement approval, is HUD and Ginnie Mae approved, and is an active member in the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
In 2009, 2008, 2007, & 2006, AFS was selected as “The Best Place to Work in Rhode Island” (by the Rhode Island Society of Human Resource Management, and the Great Place to Work Group); the award was underwritten by the Providence Business News, which also bestowed AFS with a “Business Excellence Award” for community involvement.
