We do provide leads from Lending Tree and other sources, but only to exceptional Loan Officers.  WCS Lending is licensed in 50 states, can help you get licensed in the states you need and will also set you up with the National Mortgage Licensing System. 

The industry is changing drastically and WCS Lending is fully aware of the new guidelines.  We are one of the top privately held companies in the United States and have thrived in a difficult market for most Originators.  We are licensed with many niche lenders throughout the United States and also have Private Banking Relationships for your clients.  We have our full Eagle FHA license and have the ability to bank or broker loans.
