Seeking highly motivated loan originators to fill vacant positions with Homeland Federal Mortgage.  Each candidate must be able to work in a professional setting and will be responsible for mortgage loan origination from application to closing.  Chosen team members will experience an environment focused on customer service, educating and helping clients secure the right mortgage financing for their needs, and building long lasting relationships.

 Originators are expected to generate loans through provided lead sources as well as connecting with local community organizations, realtors, and local banks for customer contacts. Each loan originator will be paired with a senior loan originator to mentor them through the initial learning process. Experience is preferred, however not required, training is available. Good communication and typing skills are necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
