Our Oceanside client is seeking a Loan Servicing and Customer Support individual for a temporary assignment. The loan servicing support individual will be responsible for processing basic member requests received via incoming calls such as: information about credit union products, services, accounts and rate information, balance inquiries, loan questions and information, account research, and process account transfer. Addition duties for the loan servicing support position include: processing basic incoming mail requests such as, deposits, loan payments, withdrawal requests, and account information changes. The ideal candidate should be able to identify and actively seek opportunities to increase household penetration of credit union products and services and cross-sell credit union products and services.

Our client’s requirements for this position are: 1+ years of prior call-center or financial services experience, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel software, and intermediate knowledge of Basic Loan Review, Basic Check Processing, Basic Loans, and Consumer Service.
