Our client provides first-class financial and lending services to businesses, business owners and executives in the Pacific Northwest. They are a growing, stable bank with its roots in Oregon and has assets of $1B. They have an active presence in the Seattle, Portland and Eugene. They are willing to find the right person and are willing to position the candidate in any of these geographic areas.

In this position you will work with distressed commercial loans, C&I, and SBA loans. As part of the Special Credits Department you will also be required to use workout strategies involving commercial real estate, collateral collection, repossessions, sale of REO properties, and SBA liquidation. To be considered for this position you must have at least 3 years workout/ special assets experience. It is essential that you have C&I experience as well as general lending experience. You must present knowledge of working with heavy volume workouts and show substantial results with those workouts.
