Location Manager

Full-Service Agronomy Retailer located in Iowa is looking for a Location Manager for their company.   This company is financially sound, believes in promoting based on performance and compensates their employees for a job well done! Primary Responsibilities include personnel, physical assets and inventory.  Need to have leadership, budgeting and strong decision making decisions.  Will also determine staffing requirements and be able to motivate, cross train and set goals for employees.  Strong P&L experience would be beneficial.

Qualifications: Must have proven track record in agronomy.   The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in sales and management.  Core competencies include Customer Service, Team Work, Cost Consciousness and Support.

Degree: Preferred but not necessary

Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 Bonus/Benefits: Full Benefits/ Base + phenomenal healthcare plan!
