Primary Responsibilities include personnel, physical assets and inventory.  Candidates need to have leadership, budgeting and be able to make strong decisions.  You will also determine staffing requirements and be able to motivate, cross train and set goals for employees.  Strong P&L experience would be beneficial.

Qualifications: Must have proven track record in agronomy with significant experience in sales and management.  Core competencies include Customer Service, Team Work, Cost Consciousness and Support.
