Logistics Analyst II
Serco is currently providing Hazardous Material (HM) Control and Management Program support for the U.S. Navy. Serco has an immediate opening for a full-time position in support of the Navy's CHRIMP Afloat Program for prior service/prior government service personnel in the following areas: CHRIMP, Pharmacy or HMMP; a working knowledge of HICSWIN, RHICS, SHIMS, HMIRS, FedLog and HM Minimization Center or Pharmacy Operations. Reports to the Serco Pollution Prevention (P2) contract Project Manager. Provides local status reports or progress information briefings to the Project Manager and U.S. Navy senior enlisted/officers or other senior government personnel for all work performed. Required Skills Advanced technical training/experience in afloat Navy Supply procedures in the following: - As stated above - HM Handling - HM Inventory Management Required Experience Minimum: Technical training/experience in Navy Supply procedures and IT systems used in HM management processes including some or all of the following: • HM inventory management and survey • Stock identification and inventory audit processes • HM Minimization Center or Pharmacy Operations • IT systems include HICSWIN, RHICS, HMIRS and Fedlog. Desired: Prior Navy or government service with 5 - 7 yrs exp in Navy Supply procedures. A solid working knowledge of Navy HM supply policies and inventory management procedures.
