Bowhead has an opportunity available as a Logistics Analyst III at our Fort McPherson, GA location.  The Logistics Analyst III candidate must have a minimum of 12-15 years of command and staff experience in managing logistics and force structure at the MACOM, Corps, installation, divisions, BCT and CS/CSS battalion/company levels. Must possess in depth understanding of the logistical support and force management aspects of the Army Campaign Plan (ACP) and the Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) model/process.  Must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience and familiarity with the conversion of units to the Modular/BCT unit structure and the Stryker Brigades (SBCT) unit structure.  Must possess an understanding of “How the Army Runs”, the development of Army programs and missions and have demonstrated an ability to coordinate and integrate major logistics and equipping programs at the MACOM level. 

Required Experience:

·         Must have 12- 15 years experience of command and staff experience in managing logistics and force structure at the MACOM, Corps, installation, divisions, BCT and CS/CSS battalion/company levels

·         Must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience and familiarity with the conversion of units to the Modular/BCT unit structure and the Stryker Brigades (SBCT) unit structure

·         Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills

·         Must have the ability to gain internal support and to operate independently without supervision

·         Must have the ability to establish a solid working relationship with customers, technical staff, managers and peers

·         Must have Security Clearance

Education:

• Masters Degree desired; graduate of Senior Service College, Senior Civil Service College/school, Senior Warrant Officer Course or Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Course
