Job Scope:

·        
Coordinate
Logistics activities of receiving, storing and delivering material for the
Off-Shore Projects.

·        
Execute
forecasts and plans from the projects, for storing or delivering items, as per
requests.

·        
Following up
and monitoring deliveries (mostly Off-Shore) out of the main hub to the various
destinations.

·        
Report and
update status to the relevant project/site managers on a daily/weekly manner.

·        
Introduce
requests for agreement for special needs with shipping companies.

·        
Monitoring
performance and shipments of the various shipping companies.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree education in supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering.
• 2-5 years experience in coordinating and operating deliveries/shipments.
• Experience and knowledge of managing sea shipments

   

·    Ability to
work on a multinational environment.

 Skills:

• Familiar with
  operating MS-Office programs, Word, Excel, Power Point.


• Familiar with Warehouse
  management systems WMS, ERP systems.


• English Proficiency –
  verbal, reading and writing.


• Able to work effectively in a multi
  cultural environment.

• Highly Organized and efficient


• Excellent communication and people
  management skills.


• Self starter & a highly motivated individual
