Description:
Volt Workforce Solutions in Costa Mesa is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service for a temp-to-hire employment opportunity in the city of Santa Ana. The chosen individual will have experience working with logistics, distribution and scheduling delivers. Will manage manifests according to their respective deadlines. Will communicate with order process delivery, sales representatives and customers via outbound calls. May need to access warehouse to identify product location, but generally will work a desk.

Requirements:
To succeed in this job you must have excellent organizational skills. Verbal and written communication skills a must.
Multi-tasking ability while managing a high pressure desk.
General PC skills. Oracle WMS is a plus.
