Our client a leading logistics company has a Full Time Temp-Hire and 2 PT Temp positions.  Operations Support positions in the Eden Prairie area. In this position you will be answer inbound calls from truck drivers regarding their load status and any problems that they may be experiencing at there loading stations, stops, or on the road.

1 Full-Time (overnight) Temp-Hire :

Saturday morning:  12a-8a

Saturday night:  7p-7a

Sunday night:  7p-7a

Monday night:  11p-7a

Sunday:  7a-12p

Monday:  4p-11p

Tuesday:  4p-11p

Wednesday:  4p-11p

Thursday:  4p-11p

Part-Time (15 hrs):

Tuesday:  6p-11p

Wednesday:  6p-11p

Thursday:  6p-11p

Pay:  $12.00 to $16DOQ

We are looking for people who have strong problem solving skills and are able to think quickly on their feet. A small percentage of calls may become escalated. Ideal candidates would be able to stay calm and help to ease the caller’s frustrations.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from truck drivers.

Resolving issues and maintaining accurate records

Gather and communicate information regarding specific problems that the truckers may be having.

Track loads as requested and make calls to check on the status.

Provide a High level of customer service.

Qualifications:

High school Diploma or Equivalent

1-2 years pervious customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Attention to detail

Ability to follow guidelines based on Individual customers needs
