International Freight Forwarding company is seeking for a qualified candidate for their Logistics Department. Must have Freight Forwarder or Logistics or warehouse admin experience.

Salary range: $40-43K/yr + overtime

Monday to Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM

(Busy season (December to May) will have a lot of overtime and work on Saturdays – will be paid overtime)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the organization's daily logistical operation of incoming and outgoing shipment for Ocean & Air shipments and invoice processing.


• Coordinate the shipping arrangement with the warehouse


• Performs all customer service activities and coordinates arrange shipping orders, warehouse receiving entry, insurance claims, accounting support, complaints and inquiries in a prompt and effective manner.

• Submit the open delivery order report to warehouse


• Send the shipping confirmation report for open delivery orders to customers


• Coordinates any special and last minute shipping request for Domestic Freight, Ocean & Air, expediting and tracing any orders as necessary


• Prepare all the shipping documents needed


• Oversees all paperwork associated with orders, while maintaining the corresponding files


• Process invoice for Accounting


• Prepares the Weekly / Monthly Progress report and Summary by each end of Month

Skills and Qualifications

·         3+ years Freight Forwarder or Logistics or Warehouse administration experience required

·         Experience in coordinating domestic/ Ocean/ Air transportation is a big plus

·         Some Japanese knowledge is preferred

·         Proficiency with Word, Excel

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a diverse environment

·         Detail/accuracy oriented

·         Takes initiative to coordinate projects, work with team members, and follow-up

·         Able to work overtime and on Saturdays at busy seasons (December to May)
