Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. (EES) develops and markets advanced medical devices for minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. In this role, the Breast Care Specialist will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our Breast Care products to physicians. They will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology. Additionally, they will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action.
While in the field, the Breast Care Specialist will expertly represent EES by exhibiting proficiency in knowledge of EES products & procedures to make effective presentations at multiple management levels within a healthcare facility. This includes providing customer education, in-service accounts and demonstrate proper use of all products/devices to surgeons, nurses, scrub tech and other hospital staff.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: A minimum of a Bachelors Degree paired with three or more years of sales experience selling to a highly educated/high profile customer base. The ability to sell in an operating room, lab & hospital environment is required. A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record is required. The ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekends, is required.
Medical device sales experience is preferred paired with documented sales results. Individuals must live within the current geography be willing to relocate to it.
