We are looking for a dynamic, detailed, personable, self-starter to work as a Regional Manager to oversee multiple long term care communities in Hawaii. We seek motivated individuals who value excellence in resident care, managing employees, and overseeing operations.  Inter-island travel required.  Limited travel to mainland required.

Our ideal candidate will hold a Hawaii Nursing Home Administrator license and/or Assisted Living license, have at least five years experience as a skilled nursing facility and/or assisted living Administrator, have a proven survey record, be a strong leader and communicator, demonstrate financial management skills, and have a strong understanding of state and federal laws and regulations regarding the operation of long term care communities in Hawaii.
