Long-Term Temp Executive Assistant Needed to $22/Hour – Strong Potential for Perm!!
Our client, a well-known area hospital located just outside of Boston, is currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support a team of busy Executives!! The role entails heavy and complex calendar management, travel arrangements, project work, answering and routing incoming telephone inquiries, and more! Earn up to $22/Hour while on assignment and up to $55k if the position converts to a direct hire role!! Excellent technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are crucial, and prior experience with Microsoft Project and Visio is strongly preferred! This is an indefinite temporary assignment, but has a strong possibility of transitioning to perm. Hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
