Overview of Opportunity:

Responsible for providing Pulmonary Services to patients in the CareMore Care Centers, hospitals and SNFs as needed. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients, oversees and works with the NPs/PAs in providing care to the patients. Works collaboratively with the clinical team in managing high risk patients. Educates patients and families on wellness, prevention and early detection. Provides referrals based on examination and patient needs. Participates in quality improvement, continuing education, and patient care programs. Assists with ongoing development and performance of the Breath c-SNP. Maintains confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations. Completes medical records (EMR) documentation daily. Covers night calls as needed.

Requires an MD or DO. Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board eligibility or board certification in Pulmonary Medicine. DEA license required.
