TJ Maxx Distribution Center located in Pittston, Pa:



Loss Prevention Specialist



Saturday - Wednesday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM





Responsibilities:

    Monitor shipping/receiving docks, trailer yard activities, alarm systems and access controls, parking lots and all other key areas of the facility. Monitor the movement of trailer/vehicle traffic entering or leaving the yard area.

    Discover and document facts by conducting basic investigations to associate dishonesty, power equipment accidents and personal injury accidents.

    Conducts audits that are designed to uncover dishonesty, paperwork errors and shrink related opportunities and ensures compliance with government regulations and insurance requirements.

    Conducts audits to identify accuracy issues and operational execution areas.



Requirements:

    Must have guard shack experience

    One or more years of Loss prevention experience preferred but not necessary

    Ability to handle confidential information and be able to interact with all levels of management and staff

    Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours/per day

    Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and effectively handle all situations in a professional manner
