Residential and Commercial Installation Technician

-Design, layout and implement fire and burglary systems following Safetouch guidelines, to best suit our customers’ needs.

-Test in and verify alarm signals with our local monitoring station.

-Train and inform customers on the functionality and operating procedures for everyday use of their new Safetouch system.

Residential and Commercial Service Technician

-Assist customers in making changes or additions to their Safetouch system.

-Test, repair, or replace any item covered under Safetouch’s warranty guidelines.

-Make changes to access codes and entry/exit procedures, to meet our customers’ needs and concerns.
