M&A Financial Analyst – Rare Strategic Finance (Valuations/Long Range/Capt Ex)

Our client, a large International Corporation with international operations is looking for a Analyst to join their M&A team.  This is quite possibly the most unique Analyst opportunity to open up in Baltimore in the past 3 years with excellent exposure to Executive Management and amazing Team. 

In this role you will look at the long range plans of this corporation and perform complex valuation analysis on perspective corporate moves.   Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting/modeling, valuation projects on prospective acquisitions, NPV/ ROI/ IRR analysis, long range planning (3, 5, 10 year plans), capital expenditure analysis, budgeting/forecasting, M&A support, pro-formas,  and various ad hoc analysis. 

To qualify you must have 3+ years experience in investment banking, PE analysis, or corporate FP&A or M&A, Advanced system capabilities (ERP, Hyperion Planning and Excel), and must have excellent communication skills (Being Bilingual is a major plus).
