Description:
Works directly with M&S IPT Leadership to support the business operation of the IPT by managing cost account and project schedules. Supports earned value analysis and reporting, leads and supports ECPs. Interacts with senior program management on a daily basis to convey project status. Prior experience with Software engineering and/or the Lockheed Artemis project management system is considered a plus. Must be able to organize, plan, execute and control team-based projects acting as the M&S focal and providing overall leadership.

BA/BS in engineering, Math, Physics, or Computer Science

Active SECRET Clearance required

Qualifications:
Cost Account Management (CAM), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) management, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking and reporting, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) proposal development, Cost Estimation and Ad Hoc Project Management

Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Strong written, verbal/listening communication, and presentation skills required to communicate effectively with senior management and team members. Prior experience with Program/Project Management required with proven organizational skills to manage cost and schedule for the M&S IPT. Diversity and breadth of background so as to be able organize and plan projects effectively for cross-discipline and cross-IPT teams.
