MACHINING FOREMAN

One of Dayton’s top manufacturing companies is looking for a first shift Machining Foreman.  Must be flexible to work all shifts. Five or more years experience managing a machine shop workforce to include CNC and manual machinists.  Proven leadership/management experience, supervising ten plus employees  Committed to maintaining a clean safe work environment. Good communication and organizational skills, able to read blueprints, Strong math skills, Must have previous experience with CNC and Manual machines.
