Primary Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance, including the maintaining of a PM and inventory maintenance program to include all aspects of machine repairs as well as the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts
• Machine utilization tracking, to include the development and implementation of all the proper tracking methods of maintenance functions
• Preventative Maintenance Program, establish and assign appropriate PM tasks to improve equipment uptime
• Utilize data to establish long term and short term equipment overhauls and upgrades
• Reliability - responsible for meeting and beating company reliability standards
• Projects - Involvement in plant wide project requirement relating to multiple departments as necessary based on project scope
• Establish and maintain acceptable cleanliness and organizational standards in maintenance dept
• Coordinate outside contracting with in-house projects as necessary
• Design and implement continuous process improvements by sourcing out new technologies and upgrading existing
• Coordinates with other KIK facilities in ensuring consistency from plant to plant  and with local contractors/ vendors

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging, or Reliability Engineering in a CPG manufacturing facility
• Must have experience with liquid filling equipment AND extrusion blow molding
• Allen Bradley PLC programming and editing, experience with Siemens programmers is also desirable
• Experience implementing PM program and Maintenance Practices
• High Energy and fast paced, leads by example, is decisive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Lean Manufacturing Experience
• Computer skills in MS Office and above average communication skills
