Maintenance Technician

James Keelty & Co., Inc., a property management company, has an IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced maintenance technician for apartment communities located in Mays Chapel, Timonium, MD. 

• Qualified applicant must be experienced in general apartment maintenance, including appliance repairs. 


• CFC certification and valid driver's license, with clean driving record, required. 


• Full-time salaried position, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. 


• Rotating 24-hour call-duty schedule (once every five weeks). 


• Excellent salary and benefits. 


• Candidate must successfully pass criminal background check and drug screening.
