Retail Management  


We are currently seeking a Manager with a history of strong people development, impeccable attention to detail, and aggressive leadership capabilities. The successful manager should have a background featuring continual career growth and progression, triumph through adversity, and the ability to make an immediate impact.


 


The Store Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including: cost controls, customer relations, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and store maintenance and repair.


 


Excellent decision-making and leadership abilities as well as stellar communication skills are keys to success as Store Manager. The people who thrive in this position are knowledgeable and persuasive professionals who can inspire their teams to new heights. They also model grace under pressure in fast-paced environments and can resolve inter-team challenges smoothly. Our managers are customer-focused team players, and they demand from their team members a level of work excellence for which they themselves set the bar.


RESPONSIBLITIES 


Store Managers drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service. Successful managers maintain an engaged store team through demonstrating initiative and leading by example.



  • Makes daily decisions regarding time management (must have a sense of urgency), staff scheduling and support, upholding company standards, product quality and cleanliness standards.  


  • Builds sales and maximizes profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and communicating company and guest expectations to the entire team.  


  • Learn, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality customer service and safety.  


  • Exercises excellent business skills, judgment in cost control procedures, financial control, inventory levels and labor management.

 COMPENSATION  (45 Hour Work Week + $70K Potential)


Depending on location, our store managers earn in excess of $70K a year while working a 45-hour workweek. Managers work 5 days a week with the guarantee of either a Saturday or Sunday off every week. Our managers enjoy a great quality of life and are typically home for dinner with their family 5 nights a week.
