Manager, Field Services

At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Field Services Manager in our Englewood, CO location.
As a key member of the accounting and finance organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams that provide transaction based solutions to our various field organizations while ensuring data integrity and compliance to GAAP, SOX and Arrow policies and procedures. This position reports to the Finance Director, Field Support
This position requires 10 % travel
Responsibilities:
· Enforcement of company operating polices and procedures
· Quarterly transactional audits
· Act in advisory capacity to internal Arrow customers on complex customer, supplier or inventory related programs
· Management of the manual invoicing and billing adjustment processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and compliance to all internal and external regulations
· Oversee the identification, disposition and financial impact of inventory adjustments
· Monitor inventory balances and movement between Arrow locations and third party partners
· Effectively negotiate disputes on inventory liability issues
· Support internal and external audits
· Manage the function responsible for tracking expenses and collecting supplier allowances related to joint Arrow and supplier marketing programs
· Provide leadership to Field Services team that includes effective hiring, developing and retention of talent.
· Instill a mindset of continuous process improvement consistent with accounting principles, corporate policies and government regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
· Minimum 5 years experience
· Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead, develop and motivate staff.
· Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and internal controls
· Experience with Oracle financial systems highly desired.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills
· Ability to work with strict confidentiality and work under pressure and with deadlines.
· Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
· A team player that is a highly motivated self-starter – ability to maintain a cooperative and professional work relationship with internal and external partners.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
