Our Client is seeking to fill a new position  located in Ohio. The plant produces, processes and packages frozen dairy products as well as a variety of dairy and non-dairy fluid products. Experience in this arena is preferrable.

• Minimum of 5 years of food plant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a fluid and / or ice cream plant.
• Experience with regulatory, third party, and customer audits.
• Knowledge and experience with environmental regulations is desired
• Ability to work with customers & regulatory agencies
• Experience in the design and development of quality, regulatory, environmental and related system's

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Food Science or Biology or a related field with a background in Microbiology, Chemistry and Mathematics
