MANAGER, SALES

Responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to grow subscribership through new accounts and for directly managing business relationships with major customer accounts. Accountable for driving and achieving company defined sales objectives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

•          Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. MBA or Master’s degree in health related field preferred.

•          Appropriate state licensure to sell insurance required.

•          Strong technical knowledge of healthcare industry, marketplace issues and competitors.

•          Demonstrated proficiency in Coventry’s Leadership competencies. 

•          Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

•          Considerable experience in comparable sales/marketing/account management experience in healthcare and insurance industry.
