is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer Manager.  Position
reports to the Director of Operations.

Salary Range:  $85,000 - $99,000

EDUCATION:
.....BSME,  BS Engineering

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
.....Minimum of 10 years manufacturing engineering in electronics
manufacturing
.....Minimum of 5 years experience in supervision of engineering
personnel
.....Requires knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes
and problems, emphasizing process improvement and new
product launch activities
.....Prove through example that Manufacturing Engineering is
responsible for the Quality of the Process
.....Requires excellent commuication  and problem solving skills
.....Must be familiar with CAD, Gerber, Aegis Shop Floor Control and
Microsoft Office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
.....Position will report to the Director of Operations
.....Manufacturing Manager will manage, organize, train and direct
the activities of approximately 15 engineers and technicians
.....Position will support the Operations department and work closely
with the Manufacturing Planning & Test Engineering Groups
.....Manufacturing engineering department is responsible for all
product launches, process imrovements, sales schedules, work
instructions, process implementation and Kaizen improvements
