Marketing Coordinator needed to assist in the development of new business. Activities include developing, formatting and producing qualifications packages and proposals. Duties also include constructing PowerPoint presentations and supporting the production and coordination of collateral materials. Also responsible for a variety of research, trade show support and other marketing duties.
Requires a minimum of three years' experience in proposal/presentation/marketing material development and production with an A/E firm. Good communications skills required. Associates or Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or similar preferred, as are strong writing/editing skills. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software package is required. Candidates must be deadline-oriented with the ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and some travel, as required.
