The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with Marketing Communication functions and reports to Marketing Manager. This position requires outstanding written communication and design skills with a high proficiency using critical software applications, in a fast paced and results oriented environment.

Responsibilities/duties may vary from day to day and will include, but are not limited to:

• Research and write copy for specific advertising and marketing campaigns with the goal of driving customer acquisition
   
• Write, review, edit and implement copy for websites, ads, landing pages, emails, direct response, scripts, press releases, articles, support, sales, training, newsletters, and more
   
• Assure that all copy is appropriate for style of campaign and audience, and follow established grammar and style conventions
   
• Communicate insight and value propositions effectively to various audiences
   
• Utilize SEO tools to develop website content and online articles
   
• Facilitate review process, assuring that approved deliverables are available to meet implementation deadlines
   
• Develop strong graphic design concepts and execute creatives for materials such as postcards, direct mail, forms, packaging, labels,  product sheets, brochures, print ads, newsletters, support materials, presentations, etc.
   
• Deliver final electronic art files to printer, ensuring smooth production process
   
• Work closely with departmental teams and vendors to facilitate production of deliverables to successful completion
    
• Miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field with four years of relevant experience or equivalent in marketing, advertising or related field
   
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, Acrobat) and familiar with HTML
   
• Superior proficiency in promotional copywriting, desktop publishing, print production, and direct mail
  
• Ability to understand unique opportunities, obstacles and audience to craft effective marketing programs
   
• Must work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects concurrently
   
• Organized with ability to follow-up on and manage details
   
• Strong analytical, creative-thinking, interpretation and problem solving abilities
   
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
   
• Ability to work as part of an integrated team; international experience is a plus
   
• Self-motivated and works with limited direction
   
•  Express a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude; reliable with excellent attendance record
